Whatever else might be said, the early Church took John 6 literally. In fact, there is no record from the early centuries that implies Christians doubted the constant Catholic interpretation. There exists no document in which the literal interpretation is opposed and only the metaphorical accepted.

The Year 2005 to Have 'Leap Second' Added

All Things Considered, July 7, 2005 · The international body that keeps our clocks running on time has decreed that a leap second is needed. So 2005 will be one second longer than 2004. The second will be added just before midnight on New Year's Eve.

Most of you dont get the part about a leap second, but what I don't get is how they say 2005 is a second longer than 2004 when 2004 was a leap year. Can someone explain this to me?

well i haven't posted in a while and i found this tagged with "Lake Superior." I remember Sarah (sarah) said a long time ago that Michigan doesn't look cool and how people from other places think it looks cool but she doesn't or something. I completely disagree! You're wrong!!!!! Michigan is one of the coolest places there is! Maybe it won't look cool if you look in your backyard, but if you actually look maybe you'll realize how cool it is. Don't you go to the U.P.????? I don't think you've ever looked around. Look at more pics on flickr. They're awesome!!!(or drive north and see for yourself)
