the Yankees lead the series 1-0, but i kind of think people overestimate the Yankees. They think the Yankees are the greatest team in the world and the Tigers suck. Obviously, they don't pay any attention to baseball. They sort of look at this series as if it was taking place 2 years ago. The tigers are 20 and 155 and the Yankees are the greatest team the world has ever seen. Of course not...This is playoffs if you ever payed attention to any playoff you'd realize upsets happen. Justin Verlander (aka 2006 AL rookie of the year) is starting tonight. Unless they decide to cancel the game until tommorrow... then he starts tommorrow. People didn't believe me that I said the Patriots would beat the rams. They were wrong. Just like the people who said the Lakers would kill the Pistons in finals...i thought the pistons had a good chance because after all 5 beats 2. Yes...Justin Verlander was doing very well before, but this is playoffs and anything can happen. Maybe I'm just thinking with my heart...or my fists out of rage of hatred of the Yankees and their ability to buy whoever they want by offering rediculous amounts of money, or else i'm right. we'll see.
