To go or not to go....
that is the ?.
(This may seem a little like Tommy's post)
Well, for those who don't quite know. Joe L. wanted me to go to Up North, MI with him last Friday, but I said I couldn't go because i had a game and i needed to keep stats. Of course, keeping stats weren't the problem because i could find a sub. Then, Mr. L's brother, Dan the man, reported that they weren't going to Up North, MI because of freezing rain...that froze and created ice. Now they are going this Friday if the weather is good. This of course also has its problems. I don't have a game Friday, but i have practice and school and i'm supposed to keep stats. Joe L. and Dan the man might not go. If neither of them go i won't go. I really don't care about missing school and it probably wouldn't matter if i missed practice...but i kinda feel like i should go to practice...but i've never missed a practice all season unlike many others on my team. It wouldn't affect my playing time. I could find a sub for keeping stats...but what if i can't?!?! Well, then I can't go! I really want to go. Seems like fun to me! I like road trips. Just as long as its somewhat scenic. And it will be! I like winter if it is a Real Winter (meaning not 48 degrees) w/ a lot of snow. And it will be! The things that good keep me from going 1)my parents could say no 2)roads could be bad and Elaine and Richelle might not go 3)i can't find a sub for Friday's game 4)my love for basketball 5)Joe L. won't go and neither will Dan the man. 6)Elaine and Richelle don't want me to go. Why to go: 1)i love the outdoors 2)we could do some fun stuff 3) i'd have plenty of time to read and do homework 4)I'd be able to do a lot of praying on the way. 5) I'd miss school 6)i really really really want to go. 7) my cousin said "well then why not?" in other words yes. Any counselor willing to give good advice? I think i'd go if there aren't any things that force me to not go.
